Wine on first night at Steak House

Can you order any bottle of wine or is it only a selection that they choose? I only like White Zienfindel and wanted to know if it would be offered?

We were on the Dream in Oct and ate in the steakhouse on the first night. They offered a red or a white and thats how they presented it to us. Honestly I couldn't tell you if it was a merlot or Cabernet or what. While I'm not a connoisseur of wines we have drank our fair share and enjoy a good cabernet once and a while. So I really dont think the white is going to far from a chardonnay or a sauvignon blanc. On that note I can tell you it was a twist off bottle. On a scale to 1-10 it was a 7 being that it was free and we drank the whole thing. I would enjoy it. Not many perks on a cruise that you get for free. PS booked on the Miracle this July and have our first night steak house reservation already. Enjoy it.
