Mini Sub-Stuart Cove

My BF and I want to book the early morning Mini Sub Snorkeling Tour with Stuart Cove. It starts at 9am and our NCL ship docs at 8am.......we are choosing not to book directly with the cruise line since they only offer this activity in the afternoon....and it's less expensive to book directly. My question is has anyone booked the morning activity for the mini sub and did you encounter any time issues with getting off the ship prior to 9am? Also, NCL has changed the itinerary for the Bahamas cruise for the entire month of May - we are going in June, does anyone know if Stuart Cove will be open to rescheduling or refunding our money if our itinerary changes? Whew, I think that's it! Thanks in advance for any insight!
