Canoe Adventure in Tierra del Fuego National Park

DW and I are considering this excursion when we dock at Ushuaia, but I am concerned it may be too strenuous for us. We are in our mid 50s with some health issues which affect our stamina.

Looking for some specific information that is not available for our cruise line about this trip, such as, is it up or downstream, how strenuous is the paddling, and does the raft need everyone paddling all the time in order to maintain its schedule?
