Carnival has a shuttle from Ft. Lauderdale airport to Miamis cruiseport. It is $32. PP roundtrip. Just booked it for our party of 3. It seemed to be the cheapest I could find. Good Luck and happy sailing.

The only problem with the cruise bus shuttles is that you have to wait for the bus to fill up before you head to the port. Sometimes that can mean a very long wait. :(
