paying gratuities after booking on line

I am confused I called today and the lady told me to pay on line the gratuities amount and i cant figure it out i went back into the check in and tried to redo everything and it was not an option, not sure why they wouldnt take a payment over the phone but i dont want to sit on hold again for 20 min. anyone know how to add the gratuities after the final payement had already been done?

Hmmm. I didn't know that you could. I though if you didn't add them at the time of booking that you had to call to add them, let alone after final payment has been made.. I think maybe the person you talked to was misinformed.

Cant do it online, you have to call

Unless you need them pre-paid , just wait till you are onboard and they will be added to your S&S acct...

You can't.. you need to do it over the phone, or with your PVP or TA.

I paid mine over the phone with my debit card. I would call back and hopefully the next person you get will know what you are talking about! It can be frustrating dealing with the reps.
