Atlantis Finally SOLD

Atlantis was finally sold to Brookfield. Kerzers had defaulted on loans these past two years and needed to sell.

 

Here's what we know so far.. I'm sure there will be alot of new information in the coming months. No word yet of how this will affect the property.

Time will tell. Brookfield is not a hotelier.. they want their money.

I'd like to see how this plays out with Comfort Suites. Since CS is not owned by Atlantis.. and the deal to allow used of the property was a gentlemans agreement between friends.

 

Only time will tell.
