When do HAL Alaska cruise prices begin to go up?

My DH and I are booked on a HAL cruisetour for our first cruise in late June of next year. We have a couple of friends on a very tight budget, who can't afford the whole cruisetour, so they are thinking about just taking the 7 day Inside Passage cruise, where we will join them on day three.

 

One of my friends will probaly not know whether he can afford it for a few more months. I have read on some of the posts that the prices will go up and I am worried that then he really won't be able to afford the cruise.

 

Can anyone tell me when the Alaska cruise prices typically begin to go up?
