I have read on this board where folks deal with one specfic person at Princess whenever they place a call. How does this happen? Please give me some insight as to how I can deal with the same person from booking to sailing. Thank you very much.

They're called CVP's (Cruise Vacation Planners). Call Princess and tell them you'd like to talk to a CVP.
