Disabled Hotel in Rome

If anyone knows of a hotel in Rome with handicapped accomodations that they could recommend we would certainly appreciate it. One of our group rides a scooter and needs a shower with a seat in it. Thanks for your help. I will post this on the Rome Forum also.

Unfortunately, the majority of hotels in Rome are not very disabled friendly. Have a look on the Rome Forum in Tripadvisor, there is quite a lot of info on there.

I booked the Best Western Ambra Palace. Have not yet stayed there, thus I cannot state just how accessible it is or is not. Below is their page that covers the handicap. I did notice that they did not list a shower stool. I would suggest that you write to them to find out if a shower stool is available.
