What is (IYO) the worst dinner night on Pride? (Steakhouse reservations question)

Hi folks - this will be my 3 rd time on the Pride this month, but haven't been on her since 2009. We lost my Dad in January, and I will have my Mom on board, and would like to surprise her with taking her to the steakhouse (she and Dad would never go). It is also my birthday on Thursday of the cruise, but if dinner is good in the MDR, not a problem. By worst, I don't mean food quality, just repetitious entrees like turkey, chicken, etc. in other words...a boring night.

Thanks for your help- last time she was on the Pride, Dad was with her, so I'm sure there will be some poignant moments.
