wentworth Posted July 2, 2012 #27 Share Posted July 2, 2012 Our host on the Victory in February was Kim. There were a few nights that we were very happy to hear him sing!! He really only sang when there was a lull in performers but he did sing a few Prince songs and did an outstanding job. He certainly had a stage presense and is quite the performer. vancelot Posted July 2, 2012 #28 Share Posted July 2, 2012 He certainly had a stage presense and is quite the performer. We were on the Feb. 5 sailing of this cruise. I found your description of Kim interesting and remarkably understated. <BG> Vance
SoCalKJ Posted July 3, 2012 #29 Share Posted July 3, 2012 I never miss an opportunity to participate...either with the host running the show or the Live Band. I've even posted my performance on YouTube...had so much fun singing on "international waters!" (Ok...it was somewhere between Alaska and Seattle, but still!) BTW, Karaoke...in it's most literal English translation means "empty orchestra."
