HELP cheap beer and massages needed, please and thanks

Heading on a family vacation and this port looks like our opportunity to enjoy a beach day. Please advise on my best option to buy a case of beer and ice for my ice chest. I [also see people speaking ofto cheap massages on the beach. Please advise how to achieve both of these.
