I second the idea. 10 of us were treated to a day organized by the hotel school. Trip to the waterfall, the fishing village, a temple, the beach, the market, and best of all lunch at the school cooked in the spotless kitchen and served by enthusiastic staff. Highly recommended. Cambodia is a very poor country that has suffered greatly but they are trying very hard .

I Highly Recommend contacting Brother Roberto ..re a tour here , and the money goes to a very good cause. The highlight of a cruise couple years ago was the tour organised through the Don Bosco Hotel School :)

Thanks for this very useful post. After reading your views l emailed the school and got the details of the tour. They answered really promptly and l am now trying to organise a group from my cruise in Jan. It sounds a really great day and a very good cause.
