Power Snorkeling in Cozumel

Does anyone know if you can book the power snorkeling in Cozumel without booking through the cruise line? We'll be in Cozumel on the Elation departing from Galveston on May 29. Carnival charges $49 for their power snorkeling trip for only a couple of hours, so I'd like to find it a little cheaper.
