The more I read everyone's amazing reviews the more I'm thinking that for our wedding and our group the luncheon option might be the best option so here are my questions:

 

1. Are you able to still do first dance and father daughter dance with this option?

 

2. Do you pay per person for luncheon?

Each cruise line has their own pricing but as far as I know when it comes to the luncheon it is a per person price.

 

I am not sure about the dancing

As LilBlackDress said, it'll depend on the cruise line. I researched NCL and don't think they offer music and dancing for the luncheon, if I recall correctly.
