mobsterdon Posted July 30, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 30, 2012 We are looking for a pre-cruise hotel in March, Does anyone know of a hotel that will put you up for one night and be able to have 6 (or 7 with a rollaway) in a room? I have only been able to find the Baymont Inn and Suites in Galveston, and wasn't too sure about how nice it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Can you book two rooms that are connecting? That might be easier to find??

davids68girl Posted July 30, 2012 #4 Share Posted July 30, 2012 I see La Quinta Inn & Suites Seawall West has a Family suite with a King and two queens.
Aiden90 Posted July 31, 2012 #5 Share Posted July 31, 2012 Galveston, west beach. Rent a house on the beach or canal is not a difficult task. It's quiet and fantastic. We go in October when most of the crowds are gone. Don't each on Seawall, as you'll pay A LOT. Go in town; there's some great eateries there. Galveston Cruiser Posted July 31, 2012 #6 Share Posted July 31, 2012 Ther are also homes in town available to rent. Check out vacationrentals.com, rentalo.com or homeaway.com Some may have a minimum 2 night rental, but it is worth a try.
helicopter Posted August 2, 2012 #7 Share Posted August 2, 2012 We just stayed at the LaQuinta Inn EAST (suite), there were 8 of us. Couch makes out into bed (this room also had queen bed in it.) Bedroom had 2 queen beds. Hotel was very clean. I would stay there again.
shorepal Posted August 3, 2012 #8 Share Posted August 3, 2012 Laquinta has the big family suite that would work for your group of 7.
