RCI Cruise DVD????

We were on the Sovereign of the Seas for the 4-night cruise on May 9. We were not able to get down to get a copy of the DVD and was wondering if there is a way to get one from RCI:( ???

They do the video and photo work on RCCL ships. I ordered

a DVD last Oct from my AOS cruise in August. Price was

the same as on the ship. Took a few weeks to come.

I am not certain, but I think the OP is referring to the dvd of that particular 4 day cruise on the Soverign. Wolfman, hope you are able to track down a copy.

I had once a problem with the Cruise in review video (it was before DVD and the Video tape was not corectly recorded). I emailed them about my problem and it was taken care of. However you have to be patient as it may take several weeks. They had to contact the ship and trak down the correct video, copy it again and receive it from the ship to ship it out to me.

 

Provide as much information for them as possible. I.E. Ship name, Voyage dates and if you know the Voyage number.
