Outside Shore Excursion Companies for Western Caribbean

Hi...

We will be sailing on Carnival Magic (1/20/13) and we would like to use an outside shore excursion company other than Carnival. Our stops are Roatan, Belize and Cozumel. We were thinking of maybe Cabin Clearance, Port Promotions or Viator. Has anyone used any of these and what was your experience with them or does anyone have any suggestions of ones that they really liked.
