Disembarkation-will it take long?

Hi all. I'll be on my first cruise to the Canaries on the 13Oct on AOS.

I'm thinking of prebooking a taxi from the airport to the cruise port.

My TA told me it'll be about 25 euro but as i was searching i think it'll cost me 40 odd euros and someone on my roll call said the same too.

I know my arrival time so that's easy to arrange, but i don't know what time to arrange my departure time with the taxi!! My flight is at 12.50 pm.

Does disembarkation take long? How long will it take for me to be "out"?My ship does seem to be quite full.

I'm thinking leave 8.15am. and ask the taxi to be there at 8.45am?

I emailed the taxi company and they said the driver will wait for up to one hour for free. But still, any body can give me some advice?

Thanks!

push!

just a reply on how long did it take you get to get off the ship?15 mins?

You will be more likely to receive replies if you say what port you are debarking from and what time your ship is scheduled to arrive.

oh yes, sorry. Because i was posting on my Roll Coll as well, i didn't realise i have not mention Malaga here. opps

AOS is scheduled to arrive in Malaga at 6am on 20th October 2012 Saturday .

Will me leaving at 8.15am asking the driver to be there at 8.45am be ok? My flight is 12.50pm

As this is my first cruise i don't know how long will it take me to be physically off(actualy i'm still abit confused about the whole disembarkation process-calling numbers and colours?) .

Please give me some advice. Thank you
