My girlfriend swears by Cruise Value Center. So I looked and sure enough the price was several hundred dollars cheaper than what we paid using Wal-Mart Cruises. But we wanted a specific cabin on a specific floor. Going for a guarantee is too iffy for us. We do not want to be at the front or back of the ship...prefer the middle.
