Cooler on deck - Splendor

In December the wife and I will be on the Splendor, we are bringing on some soda and now I read we can bring more on when in port. This being said I am rethinking the endless bubbles card.

 

If we bring a small collapsable cooler for in the room could we take that up to the pool area, or loung chairs around the deck?
