Is this doable?

My husband and I will be taking our first cruise on Oasis of the Seas this month. One of our stops will be St. Thomas. We are wanting to just make this a beach day.... I think we are interested in Sapphire and Lindquist. What is the easiest way to do this as we are not wanting to go on a tour? Any advice would be appreciated!

Ther ewill be surrey taxis outsside the port area waiting to take cruisers wherever they want. Exit the port area, speak with the taxi guys there and ask who is going to whichever beach you have in mind. These surrey taxis hold something like 14 or so people so they fill them up with people going in the same direction. Ask the fare in advance so you won't be surprised.

Easy and no problem.

We've ridden those taxis in St. Thomas for decades and never had a problem.
