Does the Breeze have a free appitizer section? On what floor is it? What do they offer?

Do you mean the "Taste Bar"?

 

Promenade Deck 5 midship. Looks like it's at Ocean Plaza, in front of Plaza Cafe.

The Taste Bar is on Deck 5, just off the Ocean Plaza. You can get small tapas-style portions of various entrees being offered in the different eating places each day. Typically one selection from Fahrenheit 555, one or two from the MDR, etc. We saw a lot of people sampling them and they looked very good. Did not try them as we were so stuffed from all the food at the meals!

 

BTW, the Taste Bar is complimentary.
