Requesting Carnival Shareholders OBC

Recommended Posts

Posting this link here as well as it may help any Aussies wanting to claim their Carnival shareholder benefits.

I contacted our Aussie Captains Circle rep yesterday explaining I wanted to claim my shareholders benefits OBC for my upcoming cruise (only recently bought my shares) on the Diamond Princess leaving Auckland on the 28th December 2012. She advised me to simply email (yes email , not by fax yey!!!) the details to (shareholdersbenefits@carnivalaustralia.com).

I just recieved an email back less than 24 hours later saying the credits have now been applied to my account. Unbelievable service. So glad I didn't have the delays I have been reading from CC members in other countries.

Thank you very much Carnival, fantastic service.

Thanks soooo much for that. That makes it so much easier.

Unfortunately for me I have deal with the US as well as my upcoming cruise is 2 legs - 1 booked in the US with our US TA and one booked in Australia with our Aussie TA. I think I will let our US TA deal with Princess US for us.

Just curious... did you book your cruises in Australia or the US?

I booked through a Aussie TA. At the moment I don't know any overseas TA that sell cruises to Aussies, but am going to ask my fellow US CC members at xmas who they use and if they sell to Aussies. Always good to know a few extra for comparing prices.
