Bicycling in Grand Cayman

We're booked on a Panama Canal repo cruise in July. The Shore Excursions have just been posted on the NCL site. Since we've been to Georgetown and Grand Cayman before on a cruise I'm ready to do something different.

 

One of the tours mentioned on the NCL site is "Island Cycle Adventure Tour." Looks like it leaves from the Spanish Bay Reef Resort and ride mountain bikes along country roads.

 

Anyone done this? Is there another alternative I should know about?
