Travel Insurance for Non-US Residents

Does anyone have information on travel insurance for non-US residents? Specifically, ones that offer cancellation insurance.

 

We are US citizens living abroad. We booked through NCL's Germany office and they do not offer insurance to European residents. They did provide us with a link to an expensive, very limited insurance option. Insuremytrip offers very, very few options to non-US residents. Most of the ones they offer are medical only, and we do not need medical. My husband's employer has provided us with global medical insurance, so we are covered anywhere we go. Final payment will be due soon, so I need to find something quickly.
