Ship Skips Mahogany bay WHY???

what makes Mahogany bay so difficult to dock at?

All I have heard is that it due to winds. The Harbor security guy there that I know tells me they have dredged it out several times to try to help the problem. This is why I like going to Roatan with Royal, as there is no problem docking @ Coxen Hole. WE are scheduled to Mahogany on the Magic for March 2014, so I hope all will go well.

Even with extra dredging it is still a narrow channel which the ships have to BACK intoand while backing in they are quite perpendicular to the normal direction of the trade winds
