Traveling with a guitar

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know anything about taking a guitar on a plane? It can't go in with the checked luggage because the cold will crack it. And it's too big for a carry-on. Delta says the only way is to buy it a seat! Oh, brother. If I do, can I have its snack?

Many planes now don't give you a snack!

It goes with the baggage for an extra fee, usually or you can UPS it to where you are going ahead of you but they will send it the same way, Maybe take a train? just kidding.

I have seen people carry them on and the flight attendents put them in the closet in the front of the plane.

Just curious - why are you bringing your guitar on a cruise?
