US Residents-Question On Medical Ins.

I am looking at HTH Worldwide Travel Ins. and the particular plan I am looking at is Travel Gap Single Trip. The info says you must have primary health insurance, and it lists Medicare as one of the approved plans. My question is, since Medicare does not cover outside the US, does it automatically pay covered expenses since our Medicare won't? I have tried calling and they are closed on weekends, so I thought I would come to the wisdom of Cruise Critic to see if anyone here has used this insurance, and knows the answer to this question. Thank you for your help. :)

We will be traveling for 3 1/2 months so the cruise insurance would not help.

No, just the opposite. If you require medical care outside the coverage area of Medicare you have NO primary medical coverage (assuming you don't have some sort of supplemental plan that does apply) for this situation so HTH won't pay anything.
