PVP promised me it was not an obstructed, but a friend of a friend says they believe it is. Any one know for sure? 2nd question. The balcony itself.. Is it a see through plexiglass or solid non-see thru guard rail. There is no obstructions of any balconies on Freedom. Here is a picture of the starboard side of the Carnival Freedom. Deck six is lowest deck with balconies ... I don't see any obstructions - do you? This picture shows the balconies on decks eight, nine and ten (port side) ... This is a starboard side deck nine balcony ...
