Bus to Free Jolly Beach

Thank you to everyone who has posted such helpful information on this already! So the way I understand it I would walk from the pier straight to Market Street, take a right and walk about 5 minutes more to get to the bus station, where I would want to take either the #20 or #22 bus for $1.50/ person. My question is after the bus driver drops us off at the bus stop, where do we walk to get to the free part of the beach where we can rent chairs and umbrellas? And when we return to the bus stop, how often do buses come by? Thank you!

Bumping this thread as I need to know also how often the busses come back for guest at the jolly beach bus stop.

From what I have read they come about every 15 or 20 minutes. I will be there next Wednesday and will post if its any different.

I'll be there with you! Yay a Breeze mate!

You will be doing the bus thing too then? Maybe I can follow you so I don't get lost! We want to go somewhere to snorkel and let the kids play in the sand. Jolly or Turners is what I was told. Both being off bus #20 or #22. can't wait. getting all my on island plans together.
