Enchantment of the seas specialty dining question

Cruising on the Enchantment of the Seas in April. If we book the specialty dining restaurant on the first night, would we receive a free bottle of wine?

 

Also, when would we reserve for specialty dining? On line or on the ship?

We were on Enchantment 1/5/13. On the pre-cruise planner you could book the first night at Chops for 30% off - $21 pp. On other nights, you could book for 4 and receive a $30 bar credit for dinner. I don't know if either option was available if you waited until you were on board.

Thank you MS52 - your reply is very helpful! I was hoping we could get the discount if we made a reservation as soon as we board the ship as we have OBC and would like to use some of it for the specialty restaurant.
