St Vincent things to do

Villa is too far to walk from the pier, and the route is very winding with many ups and downs. Don't know the taxi fare exactly, but I'd guess about $10-$12 one way. Certainly not more than $20. You should arrange with the same taxi driver to pick you up at the beach when you want to return. He'll quote you a fare for the two-way trip.

Villa is not a big beach, and there is not a lot there. There was a chair rental place with a few chairs, and I recall a restaurant or two in the general area. You might want to bring some bottled water and snacks with you for the beach. When we were there about a year ago, there didn't seem to be any kind of convenience store or snack bar.
