Bringing drink on a Baltics cruise

I have read lots of threads about only being able bring on 1 bottle of wine. However searched other threads and it seems that the rules are relaxed in Europe. Now does anyone know if you can bring spirits on through the Dover port? Also in other ports are they more relaxed? Vodka in SP?

We are used to bringing on what we like with P&O.

Also the age for drinking does it follow US laws in Europe or will it be reduced to 18?

The rules are the same. Enforcement is often lax. There are no guarantees.

The drinking age on the ship remains 21.

I have brought liquor on in Dover and brought a bottle of vodka on in SP. You want to be careful of what you pay in SP - it could easily be twice the price of same item back home at Costco/BevMo/Total Wine. Most likely the only places you will shop are tourist stores.
