Recommendations for 3 hours?

We have the Sea Trek tour already booked next week in St. Maarten. We will be done at 12:30 and our ship leaves at 5pm. Thoughts on what to do for a good 3-4 hours? I would like to do some sightseeing, shopping, or some other not-to-be-missed experience.

Lunch in Philipsburg and shopping on Front and Back street is an easy and enjoyable way to spend a few hours.
