Renting boogie boards/surfboards

Hubby wants to rent boogie boards/ and or surfboards while we're in Mazatlan or Cabo. We plan to go to the Melia in Cabo and the El Cid Castilla in Mazatlan. Has anyone seen any rentals like this around these hotels? Do you see many people using them? Waves any good for this?

How about parasailing? Does this look safe there?Do they have it tandum? Prices?...I read 25.00 pp?

Will be leaving in a few days, so any info. would be appreciated.

My husband and three boys surf.

WE were in Cabo, Maz., P.V. in January.

There were no waves.

If there are it is not in port.

You are tendered into Cabo and you can walk to walk to a beach.

I would suggest going on a shore excursion.

All six of us went on excursions in all ports.

Its not that expensive and all of ours were all inclusive.

Travel there and back lunch full bar and activities.

By the time you add up travel in a taxi to a beach that has waves, lunch, boogie boardsit can get pricey.

I like going that route for Maz and P.V.

In Cabo it is easier to walk around, but prices are high for food and the shops.

You can go parasailing for about 25.00 a person
