Snorkel/Swim Charters Near Ship's Pier

Can someone recommend one or more possibilities for a day charter of a catamaran, with pick-up & drop-off near the cruise ship piers?

The thought is to get in some swimming, snorkelling, and who knows, maybe some rum punch!!! Alternative suggestions if no boats available??
