Rainforest and Bio tour

We ar going to be in San Juan for a couple days post cruise...I really want to. see the rainforest and do the bio-bay, but I'm afraid that it would be too long of a day. It's a 10 hour excurision and I'm not sure how much walking there is in the rain forest...my husband and Iare not the most physically fit people in the world.

Has anyone done this tour through Kayaking Puerto Rico?
