Allure Boarding Time

Thinking of boarding a little later this time and getting to port around 12:30. Is this time of day more crowded then earlier, do you think? Thanks ahead. :)

I would like to know an answer to your question too. I am sure it is more crowded but how crowded? It would be nice to be able to go directly to your cabin after boarding.

I'm sure Oasis is similar. We arrived at port at 12:45 and we were on the ship before 1. no wait for a porter, and no wait at the check in either. Took a couple pictures and walked straight onto the ship. Room was already ready which was nice.

Later could be better - we boarded well before noon, and had to wait until 1PM before we could go to our cabin. That was the only time on the whole cruise that the Allure seemed crowded - everyone was in the Promenade area waiting to be able to get to their cabins.

Although 11:30 is the posted embarkation time, what is the actual time they start? I would like to get there as early as I can, but not so early that nothing is happening yet...

On the Oasis we boarded at 11am. Our friends thought we might want to board the Allure a little later this time. I have changed everyone's mind. I We are paying for this day. We will be there at 10:30. We will eat lunch and then head to the beach pool, order our drinks, and watch everyone else wander around. :)
