I do trust you are well.

 

Can you please look at the Meet and Mingle for this trip as we had 12 people signed up but now showing no-one? I am sure this is just a little hitch/quirk and it can be sorted out very quickly.

Please give me a few days to find out why the number went from 12 to zero! It seems that it could be a system's issue.

Hi Anthony,

 

We've had several reports of this issue on the Celebrity forum as well. FWIW, Cruise Critic does not manage the database. Interestingly, it's not all sailings - as our April 6th Eclipse sailing is fine, and other sailings show as Zero. I've alerted our Community Manager. As Bill mentioned, it's probably a systems glitch, and should be resolved shortly.

Hello Anthony -

 

There is definitely a corporate computer issue because it has been affecting all three brands. The IT department is in the process of reinstating the bookings and working on an IT resolution.

 

I'll let you know when the situation has been resolved; however, you may find that the system has been corrected on your own, prior to my receiving the official notification.

 

I'm sorry for any confusion this snafu may have occurred.

 

We're looking forward to welcoming you onboard in November!
