I'll be heading out on the Ecstasy March 30th and my daughter is staying with her grandma for the week. I know nothing is going to happen, but is there a number I can give her just in case of emergency and she absolutely needs to get in touch with me? I know I can text her if I find some free wi-fi in Nassau/Freeport just to check in.

Yes, Call Carnival customer service and they will be able to give you the phone # for somebody to reach you.

It's 9.50 a minute however, so use it sparingly. The caller must have the ship's name and the guest's name.

Shore-to-Ship Communication

 

Friends and family may call guests on board via Sea Mobile Shore-to-Ship telephone service. The rate is $9.50 per minute from the United States; additional long distance charges may apply from outside the United States.

The caller needs to have available the ship name and the guest's name. The charges will be applied to the caller's credit card: MasterCard; Visa; American Express; The Discover Card; Diner's Club.
