Magen's Bay or Water Island (Honeymoon Beach)?

My husband and I are booked on BOS next January; any advice on shore excusions? RCCL has an excusion to Honeymoon Beach on Water Island (ferry, bike ride and beach break); has anyone been on this tour? Would the time be better spent elsewhere?
