Cash in the Casino

I know there is a way to get cash in the Casino without really paying for a cash advance. I can't remember how to do it though. Can anyone help me with this?

You can apply money from your Sign and Sail card to your players bank. I imagine you would just upload money to your players bank from your sign and sail, then cash out your players bank. As far as I know they do not charge a fee. Of course we actually gambled a little bit so I don't know if that makes a difference.
