When Will I Know Detailed Itinerary for Land Portion of Cruisetour?

We are booked on HAL's D8C cruisetour departing Vancouver on 18 August. When I log into my account the cruise portion shows details of arrival and departure times etc, but the land portion is still vague with things like "depart today for....".

 

When will we be able to see a detailed itinerary with exact departure/arrival times?

As I recall we didn't find out departure time for each day until the afternoon or evening before. There will likely be several buses with slightly different times, so they can't publish times in advance for everyone. You can expect that departure times will generally be before 9:00 at the latest.

You will get more details when your express documents are ready. While it's been quite a while since I did my Alaskan cruise tour, I was just checking our documents for our pre-cruise tour in Rome next month. The itinerary included with our documents states the tours each day. It does not list departure times. I think JTL is correct when he says that you will likely get that information the day before, from your guide.
