Booking dining at 7pm

Does it seem possible that 7pm is taken every day for both MTD and specialty restaurants on our upcoming May 2013 Oasis cruise? I have to tell you, 7pm would work great for some of our show reservations in conjunction with Adventure Ocean (aquanauts), but it never seems to be open. Does Royal hold back spots to book onboard, and is it worth my time on boarding day to try and change some reservations. It's particularly hard when you are trying to plan Adventure Ocean... their night time session starts at 7pm (can't drop off at 6 or 6:30pm), but my dining options are 6:30pm or 8:30pm at all the specialty restaurants. Would love to drop my daughter off at 7pm and then go to enjoy dinner.

 

And... btw.. I booked dining the day it opened thanks to CC Meet and Mingle board posts :)

 

Just wondering what everyone's experience is in changing dining reservations once onboard.

I do not know this for sure but I think 6:45 ti 7:45 is blocked off. I've not had a lot of success on line and we like 7:15. When you get on board, go see mad desk and change
