Champagne questions

What champagne do they sell in the ship's store? Can you have this sent to the dining room? Someone on another thread mentioned a special the first day on the consumption/corkage fee. Do they still do this and what is the surcharge? Can you tell me about the champagne bar on Enchantment? Is it just a pass through bar station or do they have entertainment there? How are selection and prices? Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure about all your questions as I will be on Enchantment for the first time on July, 11th. However, I just got my documents last week and they said that during embarkation, there is a place on board to order wine, etc for the whole cruise. This is the only time that you can place your order for the week at "special" prices.
