Cooling off period for new booking?

Recommended Posts

In the past few days we have booked 2 cruises on board. We are still on board for 3 days.

Can we cancel these bookings? I want to know the correct procedure as we are going o the cruise team later tonight.

The cruise has come down by £100 overnight and we are British not covered by USA price match

Also just discovered there Isa savings certificate. Can we apply this

Thanks guys

I hope I make sense. We haven't had much lick with the people working in the cruise sales area as they have all said different things about our questions as it is a non USA booking but I though someone on here would know.

On our printout it says that we must confit perm the cruise before 20th of April or it will be cancelled. I told the girl this and she said don't worry about it but I thought that meant there was a few days you could have a cooling off period

Thanks again
