Breakfast Options Near Port of Miami?

We Pricelined into the Courtyard by Mariott Downtown in Miami. I'm not thrilled with the location (seems far away from everything) but we'll deal. They have continental breakfast (for a fee) but not knowing how long it will take us to board our ship, we'd like to have a nice breakfast somewhere.

Are there restaurants near the port area?

We stayed at the Courtyard in Downtown Miami previously. There is a CVS & Walgreens a couple of blocks away. Also, a number of small restaurants on the side streets within a couple of blocks. Remember grabbing a bite after we arrived at a subway.
