Cabanas on MSC Preziosa?

One of the cruise critic reviews of the ship says that there are cabanas on the MSC Preziosa near the infinity pool. Does anyone know anything about this? If so, can you rent them per day and how? How much? What are they like?

 

Also, I've heard that the infinity pool is supposed to be adults only, but that this isn't enforced. Is that true?
