Breakaway - coffee?

Recommended Posts

I'm guessing at the buffets - and the main dining rooms. Carlos charges....

And I felt the coffee was very weak and bland. I bought a shot of espresso to add to it a few times, but it didn't quite do the trick. The Carlos coffee was better, but not great. The one cup machines in the cabins had coffee pods w/ the same weak flavor. We tried making one cup w/ 2 pods, but that didn't help either. There was a strange thing w/ 90% of the coffee pod packaging - the paper of the filter was somehow sealed/glued to the edge of the packaging, so when opened; coffee grounds flew all over the place.

My Port Authority coffee (while waiting 2 hours for our bus home) was better than any coffee we had on the ship.

Yes, it is always available at Garden Cafe. I didn't find it weak but if that is the case you may want to try another area of the Garden Cafe.

There is also room service, we had a pot delivered every morning. I think they only charge at late hours, 2:00 am to 5:00 am. Not sure of the exact time...

Also, late night in the back of the casino. A small buffet and coffee were set out each evening.

Also at O'Sheehans 24/7. Have a cup and a piece of warm apple pie ala mode. The piece of pie is small, but you can have more if you like, all for free. :D
